Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Change of Mind

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for skincare or supplement products due to change of mind once they have been opened, used, or if the seal/packaging has been broken.

  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return postage if required.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following unless faulty:

  • Supplements and consumables that have been opened

  • Skincare products that have been used or had the seal broken

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@crossvita.com with your order number and details of your request. We will guide you through the process.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your legal rights under applicable consumer law.
